Add additional world clock in different time

Go to Control Panel.
Double click on Date and Time.
Click Additional Clocks tab.
Mark/check on Additional Clock #1.
Type the information about time system,
let say Tampa time in Name box.
Click Apply button to end and see the result.

Keep the Sidebar on top of other Windows
