A Simple Computer Library

Creating chm is very simple.
The only thing you need is Help Compiler from Microsoft.
Here is one example of chm file that I create.
The contents of this file:
HLOOKUP and VLOOKUP in Microsoft Excel.

Cascading Style Sheet(CSS).
Opening Microsoft site.
